The hotel is an excellent choice for its close proximity to the seafront and bars, along with friendly and accommodating service. However, there were cleanliness issues in the rooms, and the dining experience had some downsides. The location is ideal for beach lovers and those looking for convenience in a lively area.
Rooms
5.0
The room had both double beds and ensuite facilities, but cleanliness was a concern with hairs on the bed and a leaking sink. It had basic amenities like tea and coffee.

The location was superb, with a park in front of the building, and a bustling high street with plenty of dining options. Just a walk away from the pier.

I enjoyed eating by the sea, even though breakfast wasn't available. Immaculately clean and great distance from the sea, but the balcony room wasn't as expected.

The facilities were nice and clean, but some room features were disappointing.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area right by the sea, near the Brighton seafront. The rooms, while clean, are only just appropriate for a family stay on the ground floor. The service from the staff, although friendly and helpful, had some room for improvement. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying meals by the seaside. The overall value for the price paid is a consideration for future visits.
